Henry’s Diner Update and New Sign

At the town center where the famous ”Inn” used to be placed, has been recently changed to Henry’s Diner. The sign looks better then it did yesterday. But i still miss the Inn. But Henry’s Diner looks pretty cool also

Also there is a new sign leading to the statue/fountion outside the bank.

Today the ww team updated some of the features on the home page, The sign that says beta, has been changed to ”We have Launched”. Theres a news paper icon so people can read the local wiglington town news paper without having to log into there account. Last update of the day would have to be there is a new video player update that shows the launch trailers, and the release trailer.

New Banner, No Inn, and Moveable Playercards

Hello today some new features have been added! You can open your playercard or anyone elses and just move it around. So it’s getting in the way of a conversation

Another update is the Inn has been changed to Henry’s Diner. I personaly don’t like this change. But there probably just getting started

Lst update of the day is under the game screen, there is another orange box with an announcement it is talking about the santa greebo.

Currently there is some furniture that is free to get. Only if you have completed the quest people, and helped them regain there memory. There is a Tent , Tipi , Statue of Neptune , and some green nest….

I found santa, and got his prize

Yep i found him this morning on Wiglington and Wenks! He apears on the air dock bushes, or outside the acadmey. He gives you a Orange Grebo with a Santa Hat. And it’s free!

Santa Pet, and a Message from Cheeyong

Theres a new pet avalible for grabs. It’s just like the Freebe for Members pet. But it has now wings. The only catch is that you have to find santa. And he is like wenks from Closed Beta, find him randomly. He gives you a greebo with a santa hat.

A Message from the Co-Executive Producer

In life, most of us take things for granted and it is only when something or someone is lost, that we tend to treasure it. Consider the extinction of animals such as Dodos and Emus which was such a real pity as we will never get to see them anymore.

This is what Wiglington and Wenks is all about – to appreciate everything we have – the cultures, histories, heritage and conservation of our beloved planet Earth.

As 2009 draws to an end, I have had the opportunity to reminisce on the journey of Wiglington and Wenks and take a step back in time to look at every stage of development to how we arrive at where we are today.

It all started as a dream. A dream to create one of the biggest virtual world for kids not only in terms of fun and interaction but also in terms of opportunities to share with everybody about the amazing planet Earth that we are living in. And every day, bits of our dream became reality as we worked hard on the virtual world.

Over time, as the Wiglington and Wenks Virtual World took shape, the community started to form. My fun moments – aside development work – were hanging out and interacting with the Closed and Open Beta communities. Fan blogs started appearing and more people get to hear about us. This community has been really impressive and I must say that everyone of you contributes to this dream of ours.

Now I know that the Mongolian tribes live in what is known as a “yurt” and Charles Darwin used to collect Beetles as a hobby.

But this dream is far from complete. The Travels of Wiglington and Wenks Virtual World will now challenge the scores of virtual worlds out there to become one of the best, if not the best, virtual world for kids ever.

We need you to complete this dream for us by continuing to be as supportive and involved in Wiglington and Wenks.

Let’s look forward to a great new year as we release more locations, educational facts and fun features. Tell everyone about us so that we can continue to grow this community and make the Wiglington and Wenks Virtual World even bigger and better. On behalf of my team, I like to wish you all the best for the remaining days of 2009 and a great new start in 2010.

Lastly, remember to always cherish what we have – in our world as well as everything and everybody around us.

Launch, Pets, and New Locations

Finally WW Launched! Alot of new locations have been added! They are so cool. Some noticable stuff is the clothes,Locations,and the people. By people i mean ”The Famous People Through History Who Have Been Missplaced”. So far there are 8 people, Gandi, Neptune,Beethoven,Raffles,Gengis Khan,Charles Darwin,Buffalo Bill,Chief Joseph. I will be making a page on where the items are soon, and where to find them. Also the new locations are:

There all unique! And very well designed. Next is the new Frebos and Grebos! They are like the Santa Frebo, but they have elf hats

But! If you have not scored 2000+ score on either ”Feed The Animals” or ”Ostrich Race”. Then this will come up

New Costums and Launch Day Party

On WW today an update came along and replaced the Ninja Suits with some Explorer Suits. Some of the normal suits are 16000 rollers a peice. Others can be bought with Credits. Credits are rollers you can buy for USD.

Also there is gonna be a Launch Day party, all the staff and moderators are gonna be online.
